Let me tell you about the time it took my KR1aa a long time to ship…then customs had it for like a week…then it disappeared in the hands of Yunexpress for almost another week…
Have a tiny bit more faith than patience…I’d usually be the stick in the mud and bemoan the evils of surface transport, but hang tight, the Jetbeam guys probably JUST got back into the office a couple days ago and are likely dealing with backlogged messages. I’m not sure if a followup message will put you at the bottom of the queue, but on the off chance that they glossed over your message, maybe send another one?
