It is Norfolk Island, but the locals certainly don’t like being called part of Australia. Norfolk was originally settled as an agricultural settlement for Australia, and HMS Sirius was part of the original fleet of ships (First Fleet) bringing prisoners to Australia, however Norfolk was subsequently abandoned, re-settled as a penal colony, abandoned again, and finally re-settled by the descendants of the Mutiny on the Bounty, being relocated from Pitcairn. Like Pitcairn, it has no natural harbor (but it does have an Airport, NLK, with regular service from both Australia and New Zealand).
