Read the description about 3/4’s the way down. I thought it was funny and have seen it more than once with Chinese sites.
I’m guessing it’s hacked. This google search shows 4 pages with the word “dress” in it.
And I think people say “hacked” when they sometimes should say “I f$@ked up”

SF’s web designer is not the most competent. This is why you never reuse passwords which you use for gmail or other important sites.
But I agree with The_Miller, this is not exactly a smoking gun for being hacked.
This seems to happen far to often with the Solarforce website. Its been reported here a few times in the past.
