My died, no idea how. Not sure if it was LED or driver or both. Currently waiting to be modded. I was scared to death to use it before getting an isolation spacer made between the reflector and emitter wires. The next time I turned it on after making the isolation disk it wouldn't turn on. I doubt it was because of using a 26650 though. I believe some have posted of "poofing" on 26650's.
