Gave my Skillhunt H03 to my brother in law and need to replace it. It was a great headlamp, should I get the H04 or would you recommend something else?
Nothing to much new in 4years happened, go for H04. Now it have hi-cri leds and little bit improved UI.

I bought the wurkkos hd50. I wanted a red light as well so as not to screw up my sleep when it’s close to bed time. I think the flood is a bit wasted on this - the main emitter is very similar, just better. However the flood is high cri. Supposedly 25% off Halloween sale coming up

Yeah, still my go-to, despite the unpleasant ramping (lollygags at the high end, flies through the low end) and frosty-cold emitter. Weird designation like a BC-01 or something like that.
At least the TIR lens is a standard 20mm and the retainer just unscrews, letting you swap lenses in like 30sec from flood to spot to anything in-between.
