I'm from Brazil. Bahia. I usually walk with my dogs. I live on a farm and need advice to buy a flashlight. I wanted a flashlight that illuminated the area well. I wanted to average range of 180 meters or more. I became interested in the models or HY 8606 HY 8455, What do you recommend?

I think those are the "Police" brand lights they sell on eBay. Take a look at Manafont.com and dealextreme.com and see what you think of the lights you see there. For $35US or so I think you can get much better lights than the "Police" ones. (assuming the exchange rate for Real is still about 2:1)

It's just under $50. Those lights are worth $10 max on ebay.
These prices above are expenvive, since U$$ 1.00 is about R$ 1.5 / 1.7. I´ve found on the same site a 8455 for R$ 69.9 and free shipping... I´ll use them for 1 hour 1/2 or less...Doesnt matter the batteries is AA, AAA or 18650 batteries...

no paypal? maybe you should concider one. There are some goof offers (not just bargain flashlights) in ebay and other china vendors.
In flashlights, you can choose to put the light towards throw (distance) or spill (area). You can't do both at once. For 180m, you're going to need a thrower: http://www.manafont.com/product_info.php/lumapower-mrv-lg104-cree-q5-5mode-led-flashlight-p-1744, but it'll only light up a few trees at that distance.
