Help Identifying IC "HJ2441"

I’m trying to modify a cheap flashlight I got from Amazon to remove the strobe/flashing states.
I’ve desoldered what appears to be the main controller IC to read the text printed on the bottom. I’d like to try dumping the program and reprogramming it over JTAG or similar to make the power button act as a simple toggle.

Flashlight make/model is XTAUTO/XT00627.

Google does not yield any useful results.
Is this a clone of a common IC, or is it a proprietary ASIC? Any clues?

Most likely an ASIC or one time programmable, low-cost microcontroller. Anyway, I’ve almost never seen a manufacturer not setting the lock bit – no chance to read the flash memory.

Would be much easier to use a pin compatible alternative and use your own firmware.
