Don't know what I was thinking of. There is a light that is probably exactly what you are looking for.
Here are the four CR2 lights I own. Top-bottom
Ultrafire WF-606A. this is an old one - it has a Luxeon 3 LED in it - S bin I think.
Aurora SH-033
Orb Raw - the first 100 lumen light I owned. It has a Luxeon 3 in it.
Orb Raw - with a Cree XR-E in it.
The second from top is the Aurora SH-033. There are 3 models of it and all 3 of them are under $14 from DX
The Aurora doesn't much like the protected CR2s I have - it tends to shut down on high. I have some unprotected ones on order.
