I think its a P channel MOSFET but google doesnt find it.

It’s labeled “Q5” on the PCB. The “Q” designation is usually reserved for transistors, so I’m gonna go with your guess that it’s a MOSFET. If you look at the traces and solder around the base of it, it does look like the way SMD MOSFETs are connected on our drivers. Whether it’s P-channel or N-channel I don’t know.
