Hi!
I wrote to Sofirn and I asked if under the driver there are copper pads for upgrade with pogo pin. They answer me they can’t send me pic of driver and can’t help me because in their warehouse the flashlight are assembled…ok…
I need to know if there are copper pads for upgrading firmware easily like SP10 pro or Ts21 or is similar to Emisar.
Sofirn says the last chip in SP36 Pro is an At1616 so is not upgradable like Attiny 85 with crocodile clips.
Thank you so much
The older SP36 Pro versions had a t85 and no pads, now a lot of sofirn/wurkkos lights are being upgraded to t1616 and always have pads on the new version. It would surprise me if the newer SP36 driver doesn’t have them.
Mine has t85 and 7 pads … unfortunately no answer to the original questions, but I think also the T1616 version should have pads
Yes I know but the problem for me is to know which pins are because upgrade firmware can be not easy.
For this reason I asked to Sofirn the technical question but at today we don’t know the exact answer. The only thing we know is At1616 in driver.
Just need a photo under the pill and see the driver
Which pads?
I think sofirn might have misunderstood and thought you wanted a photo of the hidden side, I would clarify and ask again.
Maybe… but I asked this:
“What pin are under driver for upgrade?” I am not expert in English, so if you want to suggest a better question I can use.
They ask me if I have 3 pin under driver of SP36 Pro like a picture they sent to me when I wrote “I want to buy one SP36 Pro” , so…
I thought we were talking about flashing pads… But maybe I’m wrong. For the T1616 only 3 are used… For the T85 or T1634 7 flashing pads are used.
Yes
