I was searching genuine USB power adapters for samsung mobiles, when I found this

Yup, that looks right.

Take note that any micro USB cable will be able to charge the phone.

For example, you can use a USB to Micro USB cable for $1 here:

or

and stick the other end to a computer; the Note should charge up fine.
