They have great prices if you buy at least several cells at a time. 
(They charge for shipping, but they're reasonable even after shipping.)

Actually, I've been getting 18650 and 21700 cells so I don't know about other cells.

Whoa !! , That liionwholesale.com is kinda steep on their shipping costs. Their cheapest fee is UPS Ground @ $14.96 USD
Somehow , I couldn’t get a shipping quote from illumn.com.
Maybe , I’m living in a dream world. I guess I have to get up to speed on the cost $$ of today’s goods.
