Help with Alixpress Please

I live in the United States, state of Georgia.

AliExpress thinks I live in the country of Georgia, territory of Georgia.

I’ve tried changing address, new address and can’t scroll the country list to United States.

I’ve tried support but it comes up in russian and can’t translate or change to english.

Joel

I can change AliExpress language to English.
Can you?

Are you using the App or website?

If you’re using the website, try deleting your AliExpress cookies.
That seems to fix some AE problems.

That resolves any issues I have ever had with the web browser AE pages

Thanks guys. I’m making a little progress. I think I’ve changed address but AE still thinks I’m in the country Georgia and I wind up in aliexpress.ru so can’t get the US deals.

Using the website from both a Laptop and tablet. I won’t use the tablet until this gets straightened out. Deleting cookies helps but I I get sent to the ru site I have to delete again.

I’ll continue with a fresher brain tomorrow.

Mine defaults to spanish often.

I had similar problems so gave up with web browser and had to use the (likely data-harvesting) app, which works okay.

isn;t there a little flag emblem near the top of the home page?

I used the app, got brave and ordered something. We’ll see.

Again thanks all.

You may have clicked someone referral link from any russian and that may be the cause of the issue…

I believe that is exactly correct. At least that is what I have found. I have ended up being tied to RU, DE, ES, that I recall. Closing all AE pages and then clearing the AE cookies has always resolved my issues.

If you manually change the URL of the AliExpress page, it will become an international AE page.
For example I can change…
https://www.aliexpress.us/item/3256805587456317.html
to
https://www.aliexpress.com/i/3256805587456317.html

Then, if you follow the second link, AE won’t screw up.
