dear, I think there must be some commercial profit argument.
Yes,I am also hate it.
dear, I think there must be some commercial profit argument.

It seems that things are really different in China and other counties.
In China, there is no difference on Safty of paying via a 3rd payment flat and Bank Card such as Credit Card. The only difference between 3rd payment flat such as Zhifubao(like Paypal of you) and Bank Card is:
You need time to type the Card no. when you making a payment.
But both are safe.
And there will no any other fees for a buyer. There may be some fees charging from a seller, normally 1%.
As the buyer protection, I feel AE should be also no problem. Alibaba( who own the AE) is also a great internet company. At least, I will do my best to protect all our dear buyers. There is no probelm!
Thank you.
Dear, there is no any cashback to seller in AE.
What I said is, a logistics service is more easy in AE. Because AE provides a cheaper, easy to seller, and safe shipment way.
AE will charge 5% from every order. and this is afford by seller.
Paypal will also charge a 5% from the seller.
So they are no much differenc at all, especially for seller.
I think AE still want 5% otherwise no profit for AE. So if paypal AND AE taking 5% each then seller pays 10%. That’s probably why there is no deal between AE and paypal.
Dear, your worry about your money safty is reasonable. I agree it and Paypal make a better protection of the payer’s information.
I can accept your direct payment via Paypal, and I even feel a direct payment is not fair to you. Because AE provide a payment confirmtion before you receive my goods, but Paypal can provide this? very thank your trust.
As the Epack shipping, it is orperated by a national post company, whose reputation is bad in China. China Post, a state owned company, they run the EMS of China, but many many Chinese rufuse to use the China Post as thire shipment provider. So we would not like to make any relation with it. Even the package we ship out is at last via China Post, but the AE will in charge of this with China Post, not us. We would like to talk with China Post.
I am familiar with Simon, Mr, Mao. He is in Canton, where is near to Hongkong. I am in central China, so I do not have so much convienece in arranging shipment. But I will try and find bettery way.
could someone explain that “dear” is reserved for my wife?
without causing undue stress on anyone?
it takes 2 months for orders to arrive…———-that is because the AE standard Logistics service. and the service juse run years. They are need to be development.
While, AE standard logistics service is cheaper, and with a tracking no. We have practice of sending via DHL,Fex,it is too expensive.
Welcome make conversions with us.
Dear we accept the off-line purchase. My paypal accout is jaxman@foxmail.com the shipment fees will be about 5USD with a tracking no. air mail.
thanks your explainations,Miller.
1,your credit card information is known in the AliExpress system. not the vendors, —-really. I cant read any payment source information at all. I can only know if or not you finished your payment.
2 dispute system on both Paypal and AliExpress offers security———-I even feel the AE privide a payment confirmation after receiving the goods, that is better than a direct payment via Paypal.
3 Paypal payments are made to vendor right away, AliExpress payments are made to vendor if buyers says it has arrived.————-Yes ,it does so.
Pls not talk any topic about Banggood. We have coperation with them at first, but they copied Jaxman Z1 and sell it as a genuine Jaxman Z1 light. That make us stop any deal with Banggood.
The kind of firms like Banggood, they are only a mid-dealer, what they need is only 1 thing: much orders, much profit.they cant manufacture 1 pcs light at all.
Gearbest, maybe someone of them buy lights from us, but we can not reconize which our buyer is from Gerabest.
Also, we want sell product to our users directly in AE, since we can do it. I think this can more good for listening the attitude of dear buyers.
dear, I am also intresting AE can let us receive your payment via Paypal. And the AE tell me,they will listen my complainment about Paypal payment.
They said, AE will allow buyers use Paypal at last.
But how can us trust them?
No time, no plan.
jaxman, another idea you might consider is finding someone in the USA to distribute your product. You would ship to them in advance, and they would fill your orders. A huge benefit is that customers get their order in just a few days. And if you run into shipping issues from China, it will just be between you and your distributor. Just an idea.
I had some reservations the first time I used AliExpress, but after four years and about forty or so transactions later I am completely comfortable with using it.
I’ve also ordered the Jaxman Z1 with absolutely no issues.
I didn’t think of this before, but Amazon.com could really launch your sales. They have so many customers in the USA.
Hey, Jaxman! You are doing a great job. Thanks for taking the time to listen (and respond) to BLF questions and requests.
I bought my Jaxman E2 Nichia from GearBest. Paypal was the main reason I chose GearBest. I am not afraid to use AliPay, but since I already have a PayPal account, buying from GearBest was the easiest way for me to go. At present, I do not have an AliPay account.
The reason why I would like to see PayPal for AE is simplicity. VISA charges me 1.50 € per payment for international use (maybe it is just me & my bank) and the other instant bank transfer services require me to enter all my bank data plus a one-off transaction TAN number from a printed list.
PayPal is just a click of a button.
However I understand that with PayPal the transfer fees for the sellers are quite high. And PayPal’s rules can be very harsh and borderline legal against sellers.
Fellows, if you're being ripped off by your bank, you know, there are other banks which will serve you much better. I personally use an online bank, 0 fees and 0 problems.
I don't see PayPal being used/accepted by Aliexpress anytime soon. I may be wrong, of course, but they do not seem compatible enough to me. Aliexpress, for example, handles currency conversion nicely, or so it seems. PayPal, on the other hand, started charging credit card rates (≈3%), and if your bank/card offered a better conversion you still had the option to be billed in the actual sale currency. But alas! PayPal is greedy, not only they're charging now a whopping 5% currency conversion fee, they also removed the possibility of being billed in the actual currency of the sale (eBay, etc); thus, you have no other choice but to eat that 5%. @#$%!
Cheers ^:)
Let me guess, you got that card from Wells Fargo?
Interestingly, I had an email from AE many months ago mentioning that they were introducing PayPal. Not sure what happened to that? Maybe it was just a limited few retailers?
This is very informative topic, learned so much about the other side of online shopping.
So to add something useful to the discussion, I did some research for Jaxman or anyone who would want to run US distribution for Jax
I think someone suggested that Jaxman open an e-bay store. I think they have excellent logistics, and shipping options, but they charge around 9% transaction fees, +3% Paypal fees and also couple bucks a month listing fees.
Another idea was an Amazon store. they charge $1 per item + 15% referral fee. But if you use they storage facilities, they will ship your items for free, sometimes overnight. Their storage fees are pretty reasonable. And their marketing is just priceless.
Now it makes sense why so many small shop sellers like Jax rely on Ali, I think Jax mentioned 5% total fees for him as a seller and the buyer pays shipping, looks like around 20-200% at least in the Jax store.
Paypal fees in US are about 2.9+0.30 but for international 3.9+2.5% currency conversion+1% international transaction fee so a total of 7.4%, and that’s a lot. It might be higher depending on the currencies involved.
I think worldpay seems like a hassle with their delaying access to the funds etc.
Stripe payments looks also promising. they charge 2.9%+25c for international purchases.
but they are only in HongKong and Singapore.
