Hi all,

I have been here around a month and I am just now getting around to doing an intro, wow I am a slacker!! :wink:

Anyway my name is John, I live in the Tampa Bay area of Florida. I enjoy hotrods, pinball machines, photography, and yes you guessed it flashlights! :heart_eyes: The SK68 got me started and from there to a Fenix TK40, etc. Since I am a Floridian I can blame hurricanes for wanting to buy so many flashlights! Hey I have to justify it somehow right?!

Iā€™m a substitute school teacher, this will be my 3rd year of PreK thru 12th grade. I really enjoy teaching Science (who would have guessed that right?!).

I want to say in the short time that Iā€™ve been here I have learned a lot and look forward to learning a bunch more! :bigsmile:

Hello fellow Tampa citizen! I too use the hurricane rationale to ā€œjustifyā€ many of my flashlight purchases. :wink: This place is great!

Yep, that usually works pretty good, but then my wife said how will you charge these batteries in a hurricane?? With the generator of course!!

I am actually from Pinellas county lived there up till about 7 years ago and then built up here in Hernando county. I use Tampa because most out of state people have at least heard of Tampa! :slight_smile:
