Hello and welcome…. Have you tested high lumen effect on an ant farm ?

Hi and welcome to BLF, Luigi!

Thanks for nice welcome

This is my biggest ants colony.

It’s Formica fusca - 2 queens + ~230 workers (photo taken 2 months ago, now there is ~400-500 workers
I have also Formica sanguinea (with Formica fusca slaves), Manica rubida, Messor structor, Lasius umbratus (with Lasius niger slaves), Lasius niger and probably Lasius flavus.

Yes, it causes panic (all ants styarts to run in all directions), but can also be helpfull, especially with moving ants from one nest to another.

Welcome to the club, Luigi!
