A. your second link is messed up, it goes to the same thing as the first link

You are correct. I’ve used the D4 before and the Convoy version. It is my favorite host. I prefer it to be unbranded and i was going to save a little money building a light for my dad if they were the same.

I think CNQG is the only place I’ve seen the unbranded one.

I love unbranded hosts, I’d love to see a little friendly competition in that area. Are you listening Simon?

CNQG is a little different, it is 2 mm longer according to the specs. My own light is from CMQG and I just built one from FT and sure enough, mine is a little longer. When i have some time I’ll take them apart and see where the difference is.
