My EDC lights are 1-AAA lights, such as Maratac or Sofirn C01S. But if I needed more output, my next step up would be a Zebralight. One of their AA lights like my SC5w will give me about 500 lumens. Or their 18650 lights aren’t much heavier and will provide over 1,000 lumens. Need more? Next step up for me is the Emisar D4V2, which will run on 18650 or 18350 and can punch out a ton of lumens for a brief period. All are quite pocketable, and not too bulky or too heavy in the mouth.
