How long is shipping from convoy aliexpress?

purchased on 9th of June (09/06/21) tomorrow will have been exactly one month since day of purchase, the tracking number has not been updated since the 18th of June, Simon says its normal, but not from my experience, usually when its not updated in 21 days its either stuck in customs, or lost.

by comparison I ordered SC31 Pro from Sofirn aliexpress store it got to me in 10 days!

what has your experience been ordering from convoy aliexpress and how long has it taken?

Quickest for me has been 13 days, longest was 50 days. The last one was because the thermal printing had worn off and my local courier had trouble delivering it until I called in to them to check in on it. Certain things are outside of our control.

that’s all well and good, they also say could take up to 2 months. but that’s not the main issue here. the problem is last update to the tracking was 21 days ago and counting, I have ordered hundreds of things from aliexpress and I’ve never had a tracking not show update for 21 days unless it was stuck in customs or lost.

I am not in Australia, but average time from Simon has always been around ten days.

yes sofirn aliexpress took 10 day to australia, thats why its a bit sus

Did you buy from Simon directly or from a store that sells Convoy products? I am sure you have the right one.

from simon directly. ill wait another week or two, if still no update from the tracking number ill open a dispute.
