3 over 30 years. One for only like 3 years or so, a rented apartment. We moved to an apartment that I actually own back in 2019, so 3 years. So I spent 24 of those in the same house.
13 over 75 years, although 4 of the locations were compliments of the military.
12 over 57 years. But last one for 18 years. Something about no mortgage keeps me here. ![]()
Yeah, my family owns the house and land where we live now.
My mom and I have been here 7.5 years, and my sister and niece have been here 6.5 years.
I don't know how long we'll continue staying here, but because we own the place, we can afford to live here, and it's pretty nice here.
More than 10 (ran out of fingers).
Too lazy to think right now.
Soon to change—-again. ![]()
18 over 61 yrs, lots of moving during college.
Lost count over 69 years but several of them have been in New Mexico (Los Alamos, Las Cruces, and Ruidoso).
10 in 35 years, but basically all the moving has been in the last decade and I’ve lived 4 places in the past 2 years. Maybe I’ll settle down at some point, but working from home has given me the opportunity to move as I please.
5. Have a mortgage on this one, so expecting it to stay at 5 for a while.
12 residences in 58 years.
My current home should be my last.
3/54
5/49 not counting college moves
10/49 including college addresses
Three in the UK
Three in Australia
Nine in Canada
So 15 in 60 years.
Not counting college/grad school… Through some of those felt like home.
5, currently remodeling #6, which will be the last. But only 2 states - Maryland and Texas.
All the Best,
Jeff
