I think that is enough. They are useful at close range, but I prefer single LEDs for their efficiency and throw outdoors and for general EDC… except when I change my mind…
here are a couple w glow ring iterations
this one was catch and release
I dont care for Anduril… Im in my magnetic rotary phase… but curious what made you not like the FW3a
lol, triple tubes :person_facepalming:
no quads for me… bad fun sway (feng shui)
I do have some triple tube “triples”… lol
here are some of my triple singles
E2e tana triple 219b 5000k/ Haiku tana triple 219b 4500k/ BOSS frosted ti xpl HI 4k amber/Pocket rocket Ti with CRX 219b triple/PrinceCvn triple xpl HI 4k off vinh and Jonathan, SF triple 219b 4500k from Japan from Kim.
At the beginning I really liked the design. But when I got it in my hands, I immediately had the impression that the flashlight is very fragile, delicate. It has very thin walls, it must always be tightened so that it works at all, very poor heat dissipation (shelf is thinner than mcpcb) and this strange button…
But if the 18350 version TK edition appears, I will definitely buy, because I just love this format.
And of course I’m still looking for the black Jaxman E2L with 18350 tube. Maybe even two or three.
I don’t understand all the pics of quads in a thread about triples… triples are triples although I think the OP really intended to speak on optic triples. (Specifically Carclo optics)
3 tripled then tripled again is the right amount so…. 82 is too many.
I have 1 with a Carlco, the FW3A, 2 Solarforces with the Kaidomain triple optic (L2 SS and L2T SS), and 2 x Utorch C8Fs. So i have a few to get yet, but i still prefer singles so may take a while.
Do you mean 1,150,000 lumens? 5 x 50,000 is 250,000 already. Only asking cos i actually want to know the figure
I did momentarily think that was way too much for a triple but realised that there are LEDs i don’t know about, and that if anyone could….
I’ll give you less credit next time
