Hi, i want to know how to buy XPL2 V3 5000K 90CRI (order code:XPLBWT-00-0000- 000UV350) ! I can’t buy it from Mouser, Digikey,... cause MOQ (Min Order Quality) is 500pcs, up to 1250$, . It’s a lot of money with me, i only have 350$. I contact with CREE, but no one reply me

Sounds like a great led! If it would be available I would get me some, too.
Certain leds are available only in bigger quantities. To get in contact with Cree directly and be able to select a specific led bin you would need to be a big manufacturer and order maybe 100 000 leds.
The highest brightness bin for the XPL2 90 CRI that is currently available is U6. V3 would be much better of course.
Generally, you can order smaller quantities from Mouser, Arrow or Digikey only if they have the led in stock. Don’t know if one can get them to buy a specific led.
I am aware that it may sound a bit like cursing in church, but ….
If you only need one led, just buy a light that has that specific led. And swap the leds
I bet it is way cheaper than buying 500 leds.
