How to bypass ballast for T8 4ft LED tube ?

I have a ballast with the following specs: EB-232IS-120-RES Brand Name Pacific Ballast® Starting Type Instant Start Input Voltage 120 Input Frequency 60 HZ Open Circuit Voltage 600 Volts Shunted I want to install Led T8 4ft tubes, but I need to bypass the ballast. Can you tell me how to bypass this ballast?

just throw the ballas and connect the ground and line of main voltage to 2 side of led tube( 1 side is ground, the other is line)
gonna work(at least in my case)
