How to calculate? help

I know that I am not new at BLF,and should know this better but I am still learning
After accidentally cut off XH P70 from my Lumintop SD75, decided that it’s time for some modifications. So I reflow the emitter and slice the dome with razor, take some 1000 grade sandpaper and polished a little bit. After that changed the stock 24awg wire with 18awg, and bridge driver’s spring.
Results Amazing!!! Tint shifts to yellowish 5300-5500K no green at all, and hotspot much much smaller and brighter as expected.
Now the hard part for me, I dont have LUX meter, and I am using phone app to measure since my LG G3 sensor can read up to 30 000 lux.
So I take some shots from 4 meter in dark room and get 15,800 lux !
For comparison other flashlights
Maxtoch BLF TE 24,400 lux
New Convoy L2 3C tint 9000 lux
New X6 with xp-l hi 5700 lux
Acebeam K40M 7800 lux
And so on……

The question is how to convert those readings into, cd, and to determine max throw.15800 lux sounds like too much. Stock should give 106200cd and 652m of throw.

Thanks

Intensity in candela is equal to lux times distance(in meters) squared. So basically 15800*4^2. Your looking at 252,800 candela for that light.
