Hi. I’m not a drug user and I’m not crazy! I have a neighbor who is across the street from me. I don’t know why he is doing this but every day and early evening he stands at his window and shines some type of light in my windows. I researched how I could use shadow and other things so that I will be able to clearly see his face. The other night I was in my living room and I kept seeing movement but I couldn’t tell what it was. So I put my camera on record and I can’t believe what I saw. It’s something I can’t explain, I don’t know how it could be done and I’m very scared. Is there any way anyone could look at the video and see what is happening?

I’m not really sure what you’re talking about, but you could upload the video to a site like YouTube and then share the video link on BLF.
I’d most likely watch that video because it sounds like something out of a horror movie.

Not sure what’s brought you to this forum specifically, is your neighbour shining a flashlight at your windows?
You say “some kind of light” which suggests it’s not a regular flashlight. Can you describe the light to us?
Colour, brightness, beam shape (is it sharp spotlight or just bright floodlight?), how long does your neighbour shine it for?
I’m assuming this is translated as I don’t understand, do you not know what your neighbour that lives opposite you looks like?
What does your neighbourhood look like? Residential? Rural? Tower blocks? How far away is your neighbour?

I spent a few hours searching YouTube videos with the following criteria.
Hazy
Out of focus
Multiple strange reflections from a window in front of the camera.
Unknown light source from a structure that could be a drone or an airplane.
I found the relevant video.
I have concluded that raccoon actually solved the case very early on.
It was Morgan Freeman with a zoomy.
Nm.
Seriously, check the carbon monoxide levels in your house.
