I told my girl-friend about doing a giveaway. I had told her before about giveaways so she smiled: 'so you're over a hundred posts now!'. 'Well', I had to answer, 'actually...'
So I can't help it, in the middle of a poordown of other generous giveaways, I reach my 1000 posts. And because I like the gesture from others as well, here is my giveaway :-) , I hope you are not too overwhelmed by all the other great stuff given away lately and just join this one as well.
The limited rules are: you must have signed up on BLF before the 5th of august 2013, 1 entry per person by replying to this post. The post-nr is your entry-nr. The winner is picked next sunday by random.org (I'll have to find out how that works) and will receive a PM. I'll ship anywhere in the world.
The winner will receive two modded cr123 Spiderfire lights, for the long story see my recent post about them. In short: one is modded with a AR-coated lens, XM-L2 T6 3C on a Sinkpad, directly connected to the battery by thick wiring (a tiny lumen beast), the other is modded with a AR-coated lens, xp-reflector, dedomed XP-E2 R3 1D on a Sinkpad, and BLF-mini driver (a tiny thrower). The winner can choose to receive an Efest 550mAh 16340 IMR battery in each light, but I know that that can be tricky with customs of certain countries. I would appreciate it if the winner gives a short impression of the lights upon arrival.
Of course a modded light is not perfect (but more perfect than most stock ones 
) but both light are well tested by me and although they produce a substantial amount of heat (especially the XM-L one), when hand-cooled they can easily run continuously until the battery is drained (which is all too soon :evil: ).
