None that i know of that can accept multiple 7070 leds. You’d have to start with a suitable host (check out Haikelite, Mateminco, Astrolux, Nightwatch, Amutorch) that are designed around high output leds. Even then you’d still be customizing a lot. Way back in the day folks looking for more power used Haikelite hosts already using 7070 leds and modded them woth upgraded drivers, better batteries, different leds, etc. Like I said, it’s a very tall order for thst kind of output with 7070 leds.

I built 4*XHP70.2 light from Convoy L6. Mine uses 2 batteries in series, but if you manage to find a single cell tube for it and use 3V 70.3’s or high enough power boost driver it might be worth a try.
Similar driver topography with the Freeman’s Sofirn SP36 boost driver should be good canditate. With search you should find the thread, where he presents that driver.

How do you have the LED’s arranged and what optics did you use?

That is just as insane as I thought it would be! 
What reflector is that?
Can’t recall exactly. I took measurements of the host and bought one reflector from Kaidomain that was close enough.
