I want to convert the Nitecore TM06 on XP-L High Intensity.
Can I use the bezel ring simply unscrew to get to the led’s?
Can I take LEDs on 20mm Noctigon?
Are there any pictures of the inside of the lamp?

The TM06 probably uses a single large mcpcb to host the 4 LEDs, this is why they are aligned. You could use 16mm noctigon instead, but your main issue will be finding a way to center the LEDs. My TM11 simply unscrews and same with the TM16, so I guess the TM06 is no different.
IMO you won’t gain much throw from switching to 4x XP-L HI because the reflector is designed for flood and it’s way too shallow to show a significant intensity increase. and this is considering you get to center all 4 emitters correctly, otherwise you will lose not only lumens but also throw.

I was about to say that many Nitecore flashlight are using small square shaped MCPCbs rather and a large single MCPCB for multi LED lights, looking at post 13 that is confirmed. Nitecore is about weight so I see tiny MCPCBs and a perforated shelf to reduce weight.
