Interest check: custom 7070 Emisar D4Sv2 PCBs; also available are 5050 and B35AM boards (and as modded lights)

I don’t have D4SV2, only D4K. 26xxx is too big for my liking
But the question is, is mcpcb compatible with smaller brother?
If yes then i’d be in for a few.

No, it wouldn’t work, this pcb is 32mm in diameter, D4 is 20mm.

The smaller D4v2 and D4K doesn’t have enough space for 5050 emitters and aux at once either, though I suppose B35AM in it would work.

Flex RGB strips like I used in the FWxAA would work, the problem might be more about the size of the XHP50 HI LES, probably too big for carclos.

I meant mostly that the emitters in the right spacing don’t leave enough space between them for aux, maybe just if you were using some tiny rgb leds.

Someone on reddit did a SFT40 D4K and it was an incredibly tight fit without even space to rotate each emitter, and the traces had to be bridged across the center hole of the mcpcb with wires because they didn’t fit.

I could definitely see a B35AM D4v2/K working nicely though, I regret not getting any of those

Probably Ledil do for 5050

The only Ledil quad 5050 optic I can see is the Cute and that’s 35mm, so it’s too large to fit in a D4v2 or D4k.

Just got some output numbers in, with an efest 26650 (50A burst):
XHP50.3HI 5700k: 14k lumens peak, quickly drops to 8000lm from voltage sag
W5050SQ3 mix: 2900 lumens
B35AM 6500k (24W boost): 2500 lumens

Should be similar, possibly higher output for the FET lights with a 21700 cell (P45B or LR2170LH)
