the reviewer is a Japanese deer hunter. his reviews are in English, but English is not his first language, and so he struggles to find the right words sometimes. however, the content of his reviews are excellent IMO. check ’em out.

great videos, ~6000 subscribers! Thanks for the pointer -- this youtuber should be known even more. He is one of the most authentic product reviewer imho because he makes actual hardcore use of his blades plus the expertise sharpening on expensive Japanese wet stones. Japanese blades (samurai, kungfu, kitchen, ..) belong to the best in the world afaik, or to the most expensive. Superior to Swiss or German blades for sure.
