Is an LDCH LD-34a capable of driving an MT-G2?

As I couldn’t find a clear answer in several topics, here is my short question:
Is the L4’s built in driver capable of driving an MT-G2?

At the moment I’m using a C8 host, but 2*18350 is a bit on the short side in regards of runtime…
The L4 came to my mind, because that way I could easily swap the reflector setup and use two 18650s.

Thanks in advance!
Julian

Extension tube for C8:

Good idea, but I’m very sure, that one won’t fit the Thorfire C8.

So, ideas on the LD-34A anybody?

The extension tube indeed doesn’t fit the Thorfire.
Don’t know about the L4 but the Ultrafire F13 with 2x 26350 is a good alternative with better runtime and heat dissipation.

Nice idea, too.
But I don’t want to buy new batteries just for that one.

I think I will change the topic a bit…

The L4 have a extension tube as well. I’m also interested if the stock driver of L4 can run a 6V LED. If it can, I want to try putting a XHP50 in it.

I don’t know, but apparently the BTU shocker uses a driver by the same name, LD-34, and it has three XMLs in series with three 18650s in series.
