Is the Acebeam H30 the only light that can run sustained 1100 lumens?

So is this right? The olight peron v2 can run almost 3hrs at 1000 lumens?
Is that in front of an AC unit or floating in liquid nitrogen or room temp not cooled?
I dont get it. The mass of the light doesnt seem to be big enough to pull 1k for 164 mins???
What am I missing? Is this legit?

Most likely: no.
Many good 21700 lights with an efficient boost driver and equally efficient LED (e.g. Cree XHP 70.3, Cree XHP 50.3, esp. the low CRI 6500K variants) should be able to do this.

The Perun 2 is a good performer even without a fan. These two reviews were not done using a fan (except when clearly specified):
Olight Perun 2 Review – Beefy Right-Angle Light – Grizzly’s Reviews (tgreviews.com)
Olight Perun 2 review | Headlamp with 2,500 lumens | 1Lumen.com

Both reviews above are showing ~800 lumens instead of ~1000.
