Is there a place to buy cheap(er) XM-L2? AKA Is is the time to upgrade yet?

I am thinking about upgrading some of my lights like Apex 5T6 and TR-J12 to XM-L2. So far, it looks like the prices are still pretty steep. Do you guys know any place where I could get like a dozen or so XM-L2 for a reasonable price? Or should I just simply wait few months for the priced to drop?

How about FastTech? Your choice of bare emitters or stars and 1C or 1B tints (though T6 bins).

Check my signature. But Fasttech is best source for T6 or cheapest XM-L2 on a board.

Thank you! Do you know when/if U2/U3 bins are coming? Also, my Apex is NW and I would like to keep it that way. I guess XM-L2 is not available in NW yet.
