Interesting.
But I have to admit I wasn’t impressed with the X2 Pro.
My regular Wuben X2 is much brighter than the X2 Pro. And unlike the Pro, the X2 is easy to emitter swap to any XP footprint emitter.
The X4 at 1500 lumens is dimmer than the X2. I suspect they might be using the same tiny emitters used in the X2 Pro which were cool white, low-CRI, not very bright and not a standard XP size so can’t be emitter swapped for 519a. Ugh.
In regards to the X4, I also wish they’d mounted the clip bezel-down. From the pictures, it’s bezel-up with probably over an inch sticking up above the clip.
