TROUBLESHOOT FOR SLOT 1,2,9 & 10 BLINKING FAULT
Used about 6-7 times during the 3 months I bought this charger. Suddenly, slot 1-2-9-10 blinking led came on and charging became erratic. Then it cannot charge but could still read the existing battery power %. A few days later can’t read/charge. Couldn’t get any help on AMAZON cos it had passed the 30-day period.
After checking with ChatGPT, I emailed to ISDT China, isdt0506@gmail.com, the details of the error, my troubleshooting and outcome. ISDT Support responded within 3 days and corresponded with another 3 emails and the problem was solved at the advice of the engineer to try charging it with another 12V 3A 36W charger.
Am glad that this issue has been resolved and no money wasted (cos I’m actually planning to dump it)
Kudos to ISDT Support Cathy, Tate and the engineers for their good after-sales support, which has gained my confidence in their products
