I double-checked, and you’re correct.
Very odd, because the Opple meter can still detect waveforms from much brighter LEDs and similar distances that incandescent flatline at.

This is really a bug they should fix. There’s also a bug where it reports 2X the frequency sometimes (you can verify by counting by hand with the raw graph).
I’ve definitely noticed the frequency reporting issue!
I’ll have to take new readings and update the database now…
