I have recently purchased the protected Panasonic NCR18650A from intl-outdoor.com, and they do fit in this charger, I hope it could help others with this same charger.

Can you charge 10440, 14500 16340 safely?
Does it charge at a rate of1Amp?
I have just checked mine and charges at .86Amps on each bay, I am not sure how good it does with 14500 I will check, anyway HKJ review would help more than what I can tell about it as I am not that good with electrical parameters nor have the tools to do it properly.

hehe. because of the yellow sticker, the "(Latest Upgraded Version)" (in description), and it's the "Promotion Product" (see home page, store front) which is always the latest of the latest.
