Wow, awesome price :O
46 total )) Iam from Russia also. Can you, guys, to be in too?
Welcome mrbios, I'm sure there are people who would love to but at $20.
DD price are so high.
I think $20 is perfect w/shipping. Because of what else can we get? Chinese "cheapie" WF139 for 7-15$.... That's a crap. In my opinion $20 for quality branded and universal product is good price.
Not yet sure if it is a "quality" product either. I see the one person over at CPF that has received his says one of the bays isn't charging at all and that the charger seems to be badly put together ie. flimsy. I'll definitely wait for a proper review first. Not looking well so far.
The Trustfire TR003P4 was available for $15.39 couple of weeks ago and with a cash coupon i could have got it for $10.39. Yes it does not charge 1.2v batteries but it charges the longest protected battery.
I wouldn't qualify that as a crap.
There's a lot that needs to be tested on this. Can it take 26650 or not? Does it apply huge current to 10440? Can it take serious batteries (length) in those charging bays. How does it charge AA?
So far this charger seems to have factory issues, kinda like crap, but it's good if they are taking care of them.
Yeah, those are really bad news, but we need a proper review anyway ;) If not, I will wait v2 :P
hot dang 20 and im in! pending the review/outcome of this issue of course.
This total ....p, here's the 20$ quality branded product.
From the other place:
"I don't know who else has one but if your considering then don't! First the dancing light's I seen was some sort of malfunction as my Redilast sat for 4hrs and did not charge, it will charge one or two AA'a or smaller 18650's but not my Redilast.
That's not the half of it though unfortunately, one of my charging bays (second from left) will not charge at all, it just light's up it's three blinking yellow light's as soon as you plug the charger in and it stays that way after inserting a battery, any battery.
The spring and negative contact points work like junk together, one of mine is already breaking and it gets stuck in the rearward position when a larger battery is inserted, I can feel and see the others loosening up and they seem like they will break at any time as well. I can't for the life of me see how this is a charger a big company would sell or any company for that matter, so my own personal experience how ever brief it was is buyer beware.
I got the first charge curve (This test is done with a old cell with high Ri):
Some comments:
It looks like a real CC/CV charger.
It stops charging at 300mA, this is rather high.
The charge current is not 1A, but more like 850 mA.
The charger does not trickle charger LiIon batteries, the current is below 0.1 mA (I will get a better measurement later on).
I just did another charge curve and it was not very good, more on this when I have done a few more test.
Thanks HKJ! Looking forward for the rest of your tests!
On the other forum&market this charger seems to have all kinds of issues, and it doesn't look good.
Dear Andrew,
We are truly sorry for any inconvenience that this delay in shipment of the the IntelliCharger i4 may have caused you. During our standard quality assurance testing we found that the IntelliCharger i4 was having a problem with its power adapter. We found that while it worked perfectly when tested at 220V it evinced some issues when used at 110V.
The factory is sending us new adapters which we have been told will arrive in 2-3 weeks. We want to be sure that we ship you a perfect product so please stand by and we will do that as soon as possible.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Sincerely,
Your friends at Battery Junction

There might be issues, but I have not tested enough to see any of them yet.
Until know I have heard about two issues:
1) 110 volt mains does not work (Matt from BJ says that).
2) Mixing NiMH and LiIon confuses the charger (Show in a scope trace in a German forum).
I am not going to test 1), but 2) will be tested.
For once, being in the UK may be to my advantage! Makes a change.....
Surprising though that it seems to work better at the higher voltage than the lower voltage. I remember that early Trustfire TR-001 chargers were the exact opposite - they had a reputation for burning out in the UK/Europe but not in the US.
Ordered one from DD for $22.99 w/tracking... Let's see what tha beast is that thingy - will report after receiving if came in at least 4 weeks :) If later then I will forget about gived promise :)
Further to the above, any generalised comments re build quality? Obviously you can't make any judgement of long term reliability of the charger at this point, but some people have been stating that irrespective of any performance issues, it just doesn't feel like a well made unit. Any thoughts on that?
The charger has the usual problem with the sliders, they do not slide easy enough. When putting 18650 cells in the charger they often lock up, making it difficult to get the cell in. Genereally it does not look like it is worse than any other cheap LiIon charger.
There is this guy from the UK who's I4 went smoking..... and he's not on 110 volt mains. But I'm sure many of you have read this already on the other forum.
It looks like playing the lotto, I hope I get one winner ticket
It is a bit funny buying a high level brand giving more or less the same chances to work propperly or not than a 1/4th of the price charger from DX,KD etc.
By the way mine should arrive this week or the latest next week I ghess, I´ll keep my fingers crossed in the meantime.
