Kaidomain lost order / broken website?

I made my first KD order, to get one of those 2.8a driver boards with the stars to configure the modes... The order summary/tracking page showed the item I ordered, the payment, etc, etc, etc. Now, the page is completely blank. No orders are shown in my account. I contacted them, and they say everything is fine and my order will ship friday. The website is still not showing anything, and there's no way for me to track it. Is this typical for them, or are they screwing something up?

Despite that many people use them (successfully) because of their product range and competetive prices. For me they seem to have developed a policy of organising delivery on the day after I've completely forgotten about the order, so that it's always a pleasant surprise.

You probably got logged out after a while and the order didn't go against your account so no KD points for you. The good news is your order is probably packing right now and will be shipped with no problem you just won't have any clue when it is going to show up.

It happened to me once. But I got the parcel quickly. It will turn up.

KD usded to be incredibly slow - as in anything up to 6 months.

Then they got their act together and often shipped faster than DX.

The founders of DX and KD used to work together around 2004-6. Axshop I think it was...

But KD is even worse than DX at communication.

And their website isn't all that good either but they have had a lot of unique stuff. Less so nowadays.

If you log into KD, you will be logged out in no time. Like maybe 15 minutes. So it could be they didn't associate your account with your order, which means you can't check the status of it.

Given the general crapness of their website, I've never bothered. KD got one order from me wrong. Ever.

And what they sent me that time was better than what I'd ordered.
