I ordered a KDC8 and a coated AR lens for the C8 in the same order.
When I received the parcel, there was only the KDC8, no AR coated lens.
I mailed their After Sales about it…
Now, Kaidomain is telling me they will send the missing AR coated lens in my next order, basically forcing me to make another order from them.
I quote:
“please let me know when you have new order, we will send you the C8 glass together with your new order.”
Its not that a missing AR coated lens is a big deal, but I don’t feel this is quite the right way to proceed.
I have already bought several items from them but now I don’t feel like ordering anything from them anymore, just because of a lens.
I can also put a case against them on paypal, but do I want to?
=not ok, tell them to send the lens (I actually think they will just do that). If they don't, start a dispute in time (and I am not someone who starts paypal disputes easily)
Interesting. They have always sent missing items without need of much conversation. Happened a couple or triple of times in the last three-four years. Just ask them to ship it seperately. They must send it anyways.
A lot of vendors will try that. Just tell them to ship it now or you will open a PP dispute. You might also want to ask them why you should ever order anything from them again if that is how they are going to treat you.

I am wasting my time with KD. The moment I open the paypal means that I will never buy anything from them ever again.
Customer trust is the biggest asset of an online business, KD don’t seem to understand that.
