Coming out as a Kickstartes project sure mitigates part of the risk of the first run.
The aesthetic design is not my cup of tea, but even worse: the lowest mode for the main LEDs is 300 lumens 
RGB aux LEDs apparently between 9 & 80 lumens. Dreadful stuff
300lm are not the lowest, but the max mode! Because it can sustain only low-cri cold white 300lumen without steping down 
In short everything is wrong about this product.
The concept is great, but… How can you sell a “modular” flashlight where the only modularity is 18350 or 18650 tubes? lol.
I can just order a S2+ from Simon and get 100 times more “modularity” in-stock… ^^
