I’ve run unprotected button and flattop 30Qs in it without issue. Panasonic button top NCR18650Bs don’t seem to work in it.

What did you use, or should you use, for a lubricant. Mine is a little stiff.

this light has a bug, at least some months ago i could read in several internet forums that the “carousel” type circuit board inside the tailcap could get stuck and the golden pins can brake. I think many ppl unscrewed it and put some grease under it. Others than that i dont think the light is really compact for a 3x18650.

What is the diameter of the LED Board?
Can you get more power from the driver? [Resistor]

Hi Cembar, yea sure thing. Gimme an hour or so to do this for you.

I can´t give you the exact measurements since the head is glued and I can´t take out the reflector but using a standard ruler I can measure a diameter of 3.5 (maybe 3.6 centimeters and a depth of 3.8-4 cm from the outside.

My pleasure. No it’s not difficult at all. It’s threaded so it’s just a matter of unscrewing it.

Thanks Threadneedle, I will buy it from ebay and I will change it’s reflector with SMO.

No worries, Cembar. I’d recommend buying it from Banggood or Gearbest and using a code from M4DM4X or Freeme. It’ll be a substantial saving.
