How to open to harvest hopefully a few 18650’s?

its not too hard
carefully open pack
detach cells, check voltages
slow charge (100mA) while watching if cell voltage below 3V when harvest.
They're a pain in the arse to open but just take your time. The glued parts are the toughest to pry apart. I used a screw driver and pliers but be careful -- gloves kept the skin on my fingers/hands in place.
