LED lantern with SST-20 Deep Reds, or similar?

I am looking for something similar to the Sofirn BLF LT1 Mini with SST-20 Deep Red LEDs or similar.

What Deep Red (660nm) LED lanterns are available today or, what are the easiest conversions for a descent lantern that isn’t super expensive?

Sofirn LT1S and the Pro variant have a red channel, unsure what chips the base model uses but the pro uses 519A for the white channels and SST20 660nm for the red channel
