According to my search on Chinese flashlight forums, this is most likely from “弘欣顺(HSXLED)”, which is said to be one of the FFL emitter OEMs. They also seem to have another brand name “Hopthink”.
That’s why its packaging is so similar to FFL, and here are two posts about it. Post 1, Post 2, everyone can read it with a translator. btw, the “SuperLED” mentioned in post1 is actually the name given by @redstoner_35 for his custom emitter, but tbh, they don’t actually have much in common except for the same number of dies.
