Bought a couple of the OSRAM KW CSLNM1.TG leds (and some ld-a4 drivers) from led4power so that I could install them over the holiday break.
Took a few shots. This build was pretty fun, and the results are amazing.

The business end. I definitely spent most of my time focusing these LEDs. Used a 3D printer, along with trial and error, and finally hit a decent centering ring.

Very nice. I have all the parts to make a C8+ myself, just waiting to get some time off. What current did you set in the driver?

Sure would like some good centering rings. How do the rings hold up to heat?

I’ve never had a problem with my home-made centering rings, but its always in the back of my mind, wondering if they will melt from the heat.
This is the best I’ve got for now…
Good work mate do you have any numbers for the C8?
I think international outdoors has centering that work with these LEDs now.

I dont have any way to measure lumens or lux, sorry.
Thanks for the tip, I’ll have to look there for the centering rings.

netprince that’s an awesome build! I think I’m going to try my hand at an Osram C8 combo. What illuminated tail switch and boot are you using? Also, how long did it take to get the drivers?
Thanks!

Its the illuminated switch from led4power…
This is the discontinued one here:
https://led4power.com/product/ilc-1-illuminated-tailcap-moduledrop/
I usually get my stuff in about 2 weeks, tracking usually works well too.

netprince, wouldn’t you mind upload a 3D model of gaskets? For example there:thingiverse.com
This would be really nice having a 9mm cent. gasket.
I only have a 7mm gaskets from Hank. (for S2(+), M2 etc.)
