Lens/Reflector 16x8.5mm for 5050 LED

Greetings!

For this light: 6500k Mini Taschenlampe hoch hell p50 LED Palm Taschenlampe Typ-C USB Taschenlampe Licht Kind Dame Rucksack Tasche Outdoor Home Work Lampe - AliExpress I am in search for a new lens. The original one is chipped on one side and doesn’t create an even beamshot with a SST40 or the original XHP50.2 clone.

It need to be 16x8.5mm and fit over a typical 5050 LED dome.
Angle preference is quite floody, maybe 30°? But in reality I would be happy about any new lens or reflector.

Since I own a lathe and other tools, making small adjustments to a reflector or lens are not a dealbreaker.

The Problem ist, that the height of the lens/reflector can’t change since the pill has to sit at a specific position because of the switch ans USB-C port and the bezel needs to be screwed down.

I remembered that Kaidomain exists…

I think the first one will do. I will report!

The Sofirn SP40A optics are 19,4x8,5mm. Bigger diameter but reducing to 16mm is feasible with simple tools (drill and sandpaper). Thickness is just perfect. I’m using this lens on two of my TS10 and the beam is very nice, very narrow beam (SFT25R and Yinding 5050).
