I recently ordered some Nitecore batteries from lightmalls.com.I paid for the best shipping they had, which was a 4-8 day fedex ship method.THAT was on the 13th of December…lol.Still waiting. After sending several emails to them,I finally heard back from them.Their excuse for me not getting my package yet was because Fed Ex told them there would be a slight delay during the holidays,so they took it upon themselves to ship it regular post, with an approx. 20+ days to arrive!!!??? The difference in shipping cost from the fedex to the post was almost $15,which they never mentioned refunding me the cost difference in their email.I have obviously asked them to,so we will see.I am still waiting for a return email and also waiting for my batteries, that were supposed to go in lights for Xmas presents…WOW.
ps.I ordered these batteries because NO ONE else had them available…that I could find.Lightmalls has some great prices and some nice items and WOULD like to do further business with them IF they make this right.
I correspond with them, on orders. They just got some U3s. I bought 2 U3, C8s, they blew away all my other single cell 18650s.:

Everyone should own a U3 for $17.80, simply amazing…
well, just a hint, order early december or late january, whatever is in between is a lottery with recieving things “on time”
i bought some stuffs before from lightmalls… it’s actually faster shipping to me than DX or wallbuys or int’l outdoor
That is so true. I have tracked my package from Asia (I order lots of Ebay stuff and from flashlight sellers). Actually, even Amazon has resellers on Ebay, Chinese do that a lot Like Keygos has about a dozen resellers, and it is all shipped from the same address in Quangdong. Anyways, sometimes it is fast, and sometimes it is slow. Seems like people in the East get stuff fast, than in the West. I live in the West, and have seen packages come into SF or LA, and sit there for days. Then suddenly they are shipped to New Jersy, then to Spokane, Wa, then to New Mexico, then to Denver or Salt Lake, then finally to Idaho. No wonder USPS has budget problems. Most Chinese now ship Epacket which is a partnership between China Post and USPS. Sometimes it works well, and sometimes it does’nt. Light malls is actually pretty good about shipping. The CEO is Bill Zeng Lightmalls - sales and is very open to suggestions.

Unfortunately, my experience that I had is the exact polar opposite of everyone’s here. I placed an order several months ago for a bicycle light. I actually ordered two and one arrived fine in perfect working order. The second one was nonfunctional and I was also sent a European charger. It took 4 weeks to arrive. Upon contacting customer service at lightmalls.com, I was told to send a video of the problem which I promptly did. I was then told to try and “stick the cord down” to allow it to work. (REALLY??!) When I replied that this was unacceptable, I was told to send the item back. Customer service at lightmalls.com refused to pay for my shipping. I ultimately shipped the item back (an additional $18) and it was never received. I can provide the email trail for anyone who would like. The bottom line, I paid my money and I still do not have my second light and the seller refuses to reply to my emails or provide me with a working light or give me a refund! My lesson that I learned is that the joy of getting a light for less money is long gone and the pain of a bad deal is still lingering!
