What do you mean by “tactical”?
I went to see what I think it is the “older” version of this AAA light but didn’t see a tactical feature! 
@EdolucLight , another nice light you have! I still “have to” buy the AA version 
Some see it, others don’t. Sorry for the late respons, but I just came home after a tactical walk with my tactical dog.

The older version had 6 groups which the last one has 100%-Strobe-SOS-Signal Flash-Police Flash. Which is somewhat similar to tactical UI.
This new AAA removed the last group so no more starting at 100% with memory off.

Loong-01 is only 10440 powered? Seems quite obvious, but I would like to know for sure.
Currently, yes, but we might consider making 18650 flashlights in the future.
