looking for 100w or more low cost led with good efficiency

I have tested one 7$ 100w chinese led array and it have very bad efficiency, only around 40 lum/w at 100w :Sp

are my 7$ 100w led defective or all 100w Chinese arrays have this bad efficiency?

someone know some low cost 100-500w with 60 lum/w or more?

the cree cxa 3590 cree cxa 3070 bridgelux c9000 and 10 xm-l pcb are expensive

Maybe a couple of those will do the trick?(look at the chart). I think they also make lower cri versions with more lumens/$.
Don’t know if there is a cheaper source for them and don’t want to search to much on my little phone.
